All purchases and payments must be made through the 4K Made Creative Studio website. I do not accept CashApp payments.

Physical products: For custom orders, you will be invoiced prior to the start of your item(s). Your order will not be started until your order is paid in full.

Digital products/design services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects exceeding $750. The full payment terms will be outlined in your contract for larger projects. For projects less than $750, full payment is due before the start of the service

The turnaround time for each product and service can be found in the product page for each item.

If you need your item by a specific timeframe, shoot me an email (4kmadestudio@gmail.com) before you place your order to discuss the deadline and if it is possible. I am often balancing multiple design projects and orders at a time and may not always be able to accomodate your request. Rush fees will be between 20% to 50% of your order total depending on the product/service and urgency.
