4K Made Creative Studio is a custom crafting and design business that specializes in unique, high-quality items. We offer a wide range of products, including laser-cut and engraved goods, custom apparel, tumblers, keychains, pins, stickers, and event items.
Where are you located?
Orders are handmade in Salisbury, MD.
4K Made Creative Studio is an online-based business, but we participate in pop-up shops and retail collaborations. Stay updated on our social media for event locations!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for large orders. Please contact us with details about your request so we can provide an accurate quote.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Custom orders are accepted March 1-April 30 and October 1-November 30. Follow our social media and subscribe to our email list to be notified when custom orders open.
How do I place a custom order?
To request a custom item, fill out the inquiry form on our website. A $5 design fee is required for all custom designs, which will be applied toward your final total.
Can I request a design proof before my order is made?
Yes, for fully customized orders, we provide digital mockups. However, once production starts, no further changes can be made.
What if I need a design that is not listed in your shop?
We love new ideas! Send us your vision, and we’ll work with you to create something special.
How long does it take to process an order?
- Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2 weeks.
- Custom orders: Please view individual items for current processing times.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you with a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Do you offer fundraising opportunities for sorority chapters and organizations?
