High-quality professional photos are preferred; however, I understand that this may not always be possible. If you do not have photo, we can move forward with stock photos or other visuals.

No, all payments must be paid in full before any design is started. Payment plans may be available for individuals (not organizations or companies) on a case-by-case basis.

(Most) a la carte services take between 7-10 business days. Retainer or larger projects may require a longer turnaround time.

Absolutely! Up to three revisions are included with each service. Additional revisions can be accommodated based on our hourly rate.

I will provide final design files in various formats, such as JPEG, PNG, and PDF depending on your needs. If you require a specific file format, just let me know!

Once the final payment is received, you will have full ownership and rights to the final design files. I do retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
