Design Services Policy

By booking and paying for any design service, the Client agrees to the terms below:

1. Scope of Services

Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the selected service package, invoice, or written agreement. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • Flyers & marketing graphics
  • Logos & branding assets
  • Social media graphics
  • Digital downloads or templates
  • Event or promotional materials

The specific deliverables, format, and timeline will be confirmed before work begins.


2. Payment & Fees

  • All projects require full payment upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Custom inquiries include a non-refundable $5 design consultation fee, which will be applied to the final invoice if the project moves forward.
  • No work will begin until payment is received.
  • All prices are listed in USD.


3. Revisions

Each design service includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated.

A “revision” is defined as small changes (text edits, color tweaks, minor layout adjustments). Major redesigns or changes to the original concept may require an additional fee.

 

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the start of each project.

Turnaround times may be extended if:

  • Client delays feedback or required materials
  • Scope of the project changes
  • Additional revisions are requested

Rush services may be available for an extra fee. 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to

  • Provide all necessary content (text, logos, photos, brand colors, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Review drafts promptly and give clear feedback
  • Ensure all provided content is owned or licensed for use

4K Made Creative Studio is not responsible for copyright issues related to content supplied by the Client.


6. Communication
Communication will take place via

  • Email
  • Website contact form

4K Made Creative Studio does not communicate via text message or phone calls or offer unlimited meetings.
One virtual meeting may be scheduled for larger projects if needed.

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design work:

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • If the project is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be issued.
  • If 4K Made Creative Studio is unable to complete the project, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Digital Files

Final files will be delivered in the formats stated in the service listing (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG).

Editable source files (such as AI, PSD, or Canva links) are not included unless explicitly stated.
