What graphic design services do you offer?

I offer a wide range of graphic design services including branding, print materials, web graphics, social media visuals, packaging design, and more.

How do I start a project?

Once you decide which services you need, just place your order! If you need help deciding which package is right for you, just shoot me an email 4kmadestudio@gmail.com. We’ll discuss your project requirements, goals, and timelines, and provide you with a quote.

Do you require photos for services?

High-quality professional photos are preferred; however, I understand that this may not always be possible. If you do not have photo, we can move forward with stock photos or other visuals.

Do you accept deposits?

No, all payments must be paid in full before any design is started. Payment plans may be available for individuals (not organizations or companies) on a case-by-case basis.

How long does a typical project take?

(Most) a la carte services take between 7-10 business days. Retainer or larger projects may require a longer turnaround time.

Can I request revisions to the designs?

Absolutely! Up to three revisions are included with each service. Additional revisions can be accommodated based on our hourly rate.

What file formats will I receive?

I will provide final design files in various formats, such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, and SVG depending on your needs. If you require a specific file format, just let me know!

How do you handle copyright and ownership of the designs?

Once the final payment is received, you will have full ownership and rights to the final design files. I do retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
